1. Who We Are

EZstock is a Shopify app developed and operated by Extensions Market ("we," "us," or "our"). Extensions Market is the parent company behind EZstock and other developer tools available at extensionsmarket.com.

2. What Data We Collect

When you install EZstock, we access the following data from your Shopify store:

• Store information — your shop domain, name, and plan level.
• Products and variants — titles, SKUs, and variant details for inventory tracking.
• Inventory levels — current stock quantities across your locations.
• Orders — order history used to calculate sales velocity. We do not store customer personal data from orders.
• Locations — your Shopify location names and IDs for multi-location inventory.
• Session tokens — short-lived authentication tokens issued by Shopify.

We also store data you enter directly into EZstock:

• Supplier records — supplier names, email addresses, lead times, and currencies.
• Purchase orders — PO contents, statuses, and notes.
• Reorder points — minimum stock thresholds you set per product variant.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data above exclusively to provide and improve EZstock:

• Displaying inventory levels and low-stock alerts in the dashboard.
• Calculating demand forecasts based on your sales history.
• Generating and emailing PDF purchase orders to your suppliers.
• Updating your Shopify inventory when a purchase order is marked as received.
• Sending transactional emails (purchase orders) via Resend on your behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Shopify — the platform through which EZstock is installed and authenticated.
• Railway — cloud infrastructure used to host the EZstock backend and database.
• Resend — email delivery service used to send purchase orders to suppliers. Only the supplier email address and PO content are passed to Resend.

5. Data Retention

We retain your store data for as long as EZstock is installed. If you uninstall, your store session is deleted immediately. Supplier records, purchase orders, and product configurations are retained for 30 days after uninstall, then permanently deleted. Request immediate deletion at [email protected].

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored securely and expire automatically. We do not store permanent Shopify access tokens. Our infrastructure uses industry-standard security practices provided by Railway.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of EZstock after changes constitutes acceptance.
