1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZstock, a Shopify inventory management application operated by Extensions Market ("we," "us," or "our"). Extensions Market is the parent company that develops and maintains EZstock and other products at extensionsmarket.com.

By installing or using EZstock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. The Service

EZstock provides inventory management tools for Shopify merchants, including supplier management, purchase order creation, demand forecasting, and low-stock alerts. The service is delivered as an embedded Shopify application and requires an active Shopify store to function.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store and be authorized to install apps on that store to use EZstock. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to this agreement.

4. Billing and Subscription

EZstock is available on paid subscription plans billed through Shopify's Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required upfront.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the EZstock billing page inside your Shopify admin. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4a. Refunds

All plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge is made during this period. If you are charged after the trial and are unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after a charge, or for renewal charges, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods resulting from cancellation mid-cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EZstock for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's Partner Program Agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the EZstock service.
• Introduce malicious code or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Use EZstock to manage stores you are not authorized to access.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of EZstock is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using EZstock, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep EZstock available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

EZstock and all associated content, code, and branding are the property of Extensions Market. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EZstock solely for your own business operations while your subscription is active.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EZstock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Inventory forecasts are estimates based on historical sales data — they do not guarantee future stock levels or sales outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extensions Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EZstock. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for EZstock in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of EZstock at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EZstock after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
